Argentina monthly core inflation: May 2025

The figure for Argentina monthly core inflation for May 2025 was 2.2%. That is 1.0 pp lower than in April 2025 (3.2%). In May 2024 it was 3.7%. From January to May 2025, the cumulative figure is 14.7%. It is the lowest reading since May 2020 (1.6%). The central bank's survey of economists (REM, median) expected 2.2%. Source: INDEC.
