The figure for Argentina monthly core inflation for January 2025 was 2.4%. That is 0.8 pp lower than in December 2024 (3.2%). In January 2024 it was 20.2%. It is the lowest reading since September 2020 (2.3%). The central bank's survey of economists (REM, median) expected 2.4%. Source: INDEC.
