The figure for Argentina monthly core inflation for April 2023 was 8.4%. That is 1.2 pp higher than in March 2023 (7.2%). In April 2022 it was 6.7%. From January to April 2023, the cumulative figure is 31.9%. It is the highest reading in the series, which starts in January 2017. The central bank's survey of economists (REM, median) expected 7.5%.
