Argentina monthly inflation rate: May 2024

The figure for Argentina monthly inflation rate for May 2024 was 4.2%. That is 4.6 pp lower than in April 2024 (8.8%). In May 2023 it was 7.8%. From January to May 2024, the cumulative figure is 71.9%. It is the lowest reading since January 2022 (3.9%). The central bank's survey of economists (REM, median) expected 5.2%. Source: INDEC.
